Control Emails and Actions
Customize how the system communicates with you, your clients, and referrals. Adjust default messages and change settings for notifications and auto-responders.
- Change default messages that are displayed for successful and failed submissions.
- Notification messages, whether the submission succeeded or failed, should be sent to the person submitting it and you, the submitter.
- You can set the autoresponder to be on or off. When set to on, the system will send a message to the person who clicks “submit” on the completed online form.
