Integrate with Email Service Provider

Send professional, beautifully designed marketing emails to your audience. CaseRM integrates with Sender.net, a powerful and affordable email marketing platform. By matching groups in CaseRM with subscriber lists in Sender.net, you can organize your audience more effectively.

Sender.net provides valuable insights such as email open rates, link clicks, and other key metrics to guide your marketing decisions.

Once the connection between CaseRM contacts and Sender.net is established, CaseRM automatically synchronizes your contacts with the corresponding subscriber lists. Any updates you make to contacts in CaseRM will be updated on Sender.net, keeping your subscriber data accurate and up to date.

You’ll need an active Sender.net account to enable contact synchronization. To create an account, visit Sender.net.

Establish Connection

Important: To effectively synchronize contact groups, create corresponding groups in your Sender.net account under Subscribers > Groups. You may also create segments under Subscribers > Segments if needed.

Steps

  1. Go to Contacts.
  2. Click Integrations.
  3. Click Connect.
  4. Copy the API access token from your Sender.net account and paste it into CaseRM.
    Tip: For instructions on copying the API token, see Authentication and API access tokens on Sender.net.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Click Add SyncGroup.
  7. Select a group from your contacts in CaseRM.
  8. Ensure all fields you want to synchronize are shown in the Sync Fields section. Then select the corresponding subscriber group you created in Sender.net.
    Tip: The Segment detail is optional. You may leave it blank if you don’t want to use segments.
  9. Click Save.

You’re all set! The contact details selected in step 8 (and available in your CaseRM contacts) will now appear in your subscriber lists on Sender.net.

Reset Connection Settings

If you no longer wish to synchronize CaseRM contacts with your Sender.net account:

  1. Go to Contacts > Integrations.
  2. Click Reset connection settings.
  3. Click Reset on the confirmation prompt.

That’s it – your connection has been reset.
