You can set your browser to not accept cookies, but this may limit your ability to use the Services.

We may share information as discussed below, but we won’t sell it to advertisers or other third-parties.
Your use. When you use our Services, the Content you provide will be displayed back to you.

How we protect your information
To provide you with the Services, we may store, process and transmit information in Canada.
The security of your information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information as part of our Services, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
CaseRM uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information once we receive it. For example, we continuously and regularly back up your data to help prevent data loss and aid in data recovery. We also guard against common web attack vectors, host data in secure audited data centers, and implement firewalls and access restrictions on our servers to secure our network and better protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission of storage is 100% secure, and we cannot ensure or warrant the absolute security of any information you transmit or store in the Services.
In the event that personal information is compromised as a result of a breach of security, CaseRM will promptly notify those persons whose personal information has been compromised, in accordance with the notification procedures set forth in this Privacy Policy, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from the Services, nor the information or content contained therein. Please remember that when you use a link to go from the Services to another website, our Privacy Policy is no longer in effect. Your browsing and interaction on any other website, including those that have a link on our website, is subject to that website’s own rules and policies.
Changes to Privacy Policy
If we are involved in a reorganization, merger, acquisition or sale of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that deal. We will notify you (for example, via email to the address associated with your account) of any such deal and outline your choices in that event.
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time, and will post the most current version on our website. If a revision meaningfully reduces your rights, we will notify you.
