In this section, you’ll learn how to manage appointments with ease. We’ll cover how to schedule new ones, update appointment statuses (and what each status means), copy or reschedule appointments, and even delete them if needed. Before getting started, make sure the scheduler is displaying a day that includes at least one calendar with a working shift.
Book Appointments
- Select an available time slot from the calendar.
- Choose a Session.
- Select a Case File.
- (Optional) Adjust the Start Time and add a Note if needed.
- Click Book to schedule the appointment.
Tip: You can search by case file name or number. Once selected, the system will display the client’s contact information, a summary of upcoming appointments, details of the last visit, and the current balance on the case file.
