Locations and Localization Settings

If your business operates in multiple locations, this is where you can add and manage them. You can have only one Head Office, which serves as the primary location and cannot be deactivated or deleted.

Create company location

  1. Go to the Admin Panel.
  2. In the left-side panel, select Locations.
  3. Click Add location.
  4. Enter location’s information, then click Save.

Edit company location

  1. Go to the Admin Panel.
  2. In the left-side panel, select Locations.
  3. Select a location that is not currently the Head Office.
  4. At the top-right, click Edit location.
  5. Edit location details, then click Save.

Delete company location

Important
Only inactive locations can be deleted. If the location is active, you must deactivate it first.

  1. Go to the Admin Panel.
  2. In the left-side panel, select Locations.
  3. Select an inactive location.
  4. At the top-right, click Delete location.
  5. Click Delete to confirm.

Changing the Head Office

When signing up for CaseRM, the first registered location is automatically designated as the Head Office. If needed, you can change it to a different location, but only one Head Office can exist at a time.
Note: Once a new head office is set, the previous head office will automatically be unset.

  1. Go to the Admin Panel.
  2. In the left-side panel, select Locations.
  3. Choose a location that is not currently the Head Office.
  4. Click Set as Head Office.

Activate and Deactivate Locations

  1. Go to the Admin Panel.
  2. In the left-side panel, select Locations.
  3. Select an active location (excluding the Head Office).
  4. Click the Active toggle Off to deactivate.
  5. Click the toggle On to reactivate.

Updating System Localization Settings

Localization settings, such as date, time, and currency formats, are initially configured during the setup of the system. However, these settings can be adjusted at any time.

  1. Go to the Admin Panel.
  2. In the left-side panel, select Locations.
  3. Modify localization details, then click Save.

Important
The Country setting is configured at initial setup and cannot be changed.
