This section allows Directors and Managers to control system access. In most cases, access should be managed through the Team module. However, for individuals who are not part of the team but require access, their permissions can be managed here.
Additionally, in the event of an ownership transition, Directors have advanced options to transfer ownership from one director to another.

Quick Tip
In most cases, it is strongly recommended to suspend a user’s access rather than deleting them. Deleting a user permanently removes their audit trail.
Users should only be deleted if they were added by mistake or have been inactive for a long time and are no longer needed in the system. Only suspended users can be deleted—the system does not allow the deletion of active users.
