Tip!
When closing a case file, the system requires you to select a reason for closure. The system includes an extensive list of predefined reasons, but you can add new ones and manage the list as needed.
Add a Reason for Closing
- Go to Case Files > Settings > Reason for Closing.
- Click Add Reason for Closing Case File.
- Enter a Reason for Closing Name, then click Save.
Edit a Reason for Closing
- Go to Case Files > Settings > Reason for Closing.
- Hover over a Reason for Closing and click Edit.
- Rename the Reason for Closing, then click Save.
Delete a Reason for Closing
- Go to Case Files > Settings > Reason for Closing.
- Hover over a Reason for Closing and click Delete.
- Click Confirm.
