- Go to Case Files.
- Select a case file.
- Click Move case file.
- In the Move Case File prompt, select a destination location, then click Move.
Quick Tip
When a case file is created, it is assigned a home branch. However, you can change the home branch if needed. This feature is especially useful for multi-location organizations, ensuring accurate case file assignment and accessibility.
The system will remove the case file from the source location and relocate it to the destination location. From this point forward, the case file will be accessible only from the destination location.
Important
Transferring a case file restricts access for users who have permissions in the source location but not in the destination location. They will no longer be able to access the case file.
